The model is simple:

1. Establish a "pick up" interval (weekly; monthly; quarterly).
2. Determine the "pick up" medium (portable file cabinet or online scanned documents).
3. Insight Accounting handles all accounting needs off-site.
4. Insight Accounting coordinates check and document signing requirements with the customer.
5. Financial reports are made available via web access or email.
6. A monthly / quarterly review is scheduled to discuss the financial results.
